Div Overlay Layouts?

Does anybody know of a couple of sites that offer a lot of premade Div Overlay Layouts? I'm not great with CSS and HTML so I am looking for a site that has a bunch of premades that I can choose from and then just go in and modify the code a little bit to meet my needs.

http://divlayouts.net/ has a few. Haven't seen any resource sites with a ton though.

Probably the coolest DIV layout I've seen is by this guy: http://5thirtyone.com/archives/376 It's simple, clean, and easy to edit till your heart's content.

I'm new to this whole thing, I've seen these type layouts and they really look cool. Do you just copy and paste code the same way you do for regular ones?
