I'm posting this again as the original auction was messed up on SP by a bogus BIN. I've lowered the BIN to make it an even better deal.

BIN $6,500

All Layed Out

http://AllLayedOut.com (http://alllayedout.com/)

longtime PR4. Good domain with no trademark issues.
alllayedout.com (expires 8/14/08)
also includes alt spelling domain AllLaidOut.com (expires 8/2/08)

Site is about a year old now.

Sale includes:
- Two domains: AllLayedOut.com (main), AllLaidOut.com (redirected to main site...decent domain on it's own though lol)
- MSRS script ($300 retail value)
- Lots of paid content (many layouts, comments, images and generators. A small selection of comments may be tagged for my other sites).
- All content seen on the site.
- limited help transferring/installing on your server. It's not hard but I am a noob with some server stuff lol.
- Access to the MSRS private support forums on myspacepros after appfoval of transfer by Greg.

Revenue:
adsense total since late september last year $1,906.78 (was making more overall before my adsense account seemed to get "smart priced" in December affecting all my sites earnings)

adsense lately
march $190.94
april $151.94
may $97.91
june $66.08
july $94.36
august so far $43.63

valueclick (didn't start till mid march)
march $87.22
april $140.74
may $110.09
june $87.53
july $106.84
august so far $32.58

link sales
~$200-300 a month (~10 spots at $20-30 each)

azoogle
maybe $30-50 a month?

adultfriendfinder
maybe $25 a month?

traffic:
down to about 1100-1200 uniques a day now according to google analytics (just installed Extreme Tracking as well). This is with no real advertising or promotion for months. Didn't even buy any paid links or more than a couple link trades in maybe 6 months.

current traffic breakdown
62% search traffic
25% referring sites (myspace profiles being about 6% total traffic)
12% direct traffic

SEO
Ranks well for a few decent keyphrases. Here are some as of right now.
awesome myspace layouts - 2nd
crazy myspace layouts - 3rd
cool myspace stuff - 5th
cool myspace layouts - 10th
best myspace layouts - 11th

So the site has done pretty well on autopilot and could easily do much better with someone who takes the time or has the cash to do some real promotion. I haven't spent much time or money on that for this site as it was always considered one of my "other" sites while I concentrated on the others.

This would be a great site to start off with if you wanted to get into the myspace game. Just needs some good promotion/advertising. Well any promotion and advertising would be an improvement.

Here is a screen from November 06 before my account was smartpriced in December to give a better idea of the potential. I did some minor promotion during that time as well. But ended with $670 just from adsense.

As for why my account was smartpriced? I have no idea to be honest. But I have MANY myspace sites and some that get really crappy CTR so odds are it was one or more of those crappy free turnkey scripts that caused it. But honestly not sure though I do doubt it was from this site specifically.

BIN was lowered to $6,500

If BIN is met (by a real buyer, ready to buy) by the end of Wednesday the 22nd, I will also include the alllayedout.net site. This is a PR4 site and includes the MSCRS scirpt ($99 value). This site was even more neglected than alllayedout.com...no revenue or traffic to report as I have not tracked it at all and most likely not much to report anyway.

That would give a BIN buyer an established site already making good money on autopilot (alllayedout.com), another established domain with a ready built site/conent that just needs to be promoted (alllayedout.net)...though needs a logo lol and the extra alt spelling domain alllaidout.com. Two sites, three domains and tons of content.

* NOTE: The extra alllayedout.net site is only included if someone BINs by the end of Wednesday the 22nd. If no qualifying BINs are made by Wednesday the offer is void. I would still be willing to work out a deal with a final buyer at the end of the auction if interested though.

hi,
I'm looking to build a layouts site and this could be an good shortcut for me.
Can you elborate on how many layouts are bundled in the sale, and also let me know what kind of maintenance costs I'm looking at? my main concern are hosting costs as the site grows in popularity. Can you shed some light on, your sites conversion from visitor to a user which acctually integrates a layout in his profile, the average layout's weight (kb) and expected bandwith consumption?
I look forward to hearing from you,
best, ben
