I have decided to put LayoutsDaily.com (http://www.layoutsdaily.com) for sale.

2,500 UV`s a day and $400 a month.

It is listed on sitepoint but of course I would like to deal directly with someone on this forum.

This is a great chance for someone to pick up a site that is already making money. I am selling because there are more than 1 person on this particular site`s payroll but only 1 person left doing the work (me).

The starting bid is $1000 and the design can be changed for free in the backend or custom for cheap I'm sure.

Over $1000 worth of content and $400/month ... $4000 is a fair BIN imo.

Are all your links to this site going to stay after sale. Also you already have permission to transfer MLSL as it is no longer forsale. Also when id this over. I might buy this if I could see anyletics also.

No, the links are not going to stay. I am switching them from this pr4 to another pr4 today so nobody loses a link.

Yes , of course I have permission to transfer license from Des, and you will get access to the forums too.

I noticed for Aug you only have a bit over 4600 UV for the month (4 days). Thats only 1200 UV per day? Why the drop in traffic? Have removed these links already that were asked about and this is what can be expected, or is this drop in traffic before removing the links?

I have called you out on this forum twice now for not clearly reading a post and posting ******ish.

#1 The links being removed are on layoutsdaily, not pointed to it

#2 Traffic is up in August, that is for 2 days as the exact screenshot you are referring to says

The screenshot you are referring to shows the first 2 days in August on the picture. Open your eyes and end you bitterness towards me just because I refuse to put your sites on my network after the paypal incident.

And if you think I would sell my site to you even at BIN, you are dead wrong. I was serious when I said you are cut.

You didn't ask a valid question. You were complaining about the below screenshot and said "That's only 1200 UV per day?" even though the very screenshot says aug 1. 2450 august 2nd 2200

So how is your point valid? And yes you complained 8 times about 1 transaction on paypal while I was on vacation. (for a $70 link buy LOL) Like I said when I gave you your refund, dont' talk to me , don't try to do business with me.

To the large number of good people who I do business with regularly on this forum - I almost had to get a lawyer involved because of this girl, so beware. She is simply a shiver looking for a spine to run up.
