Site is growing everyday we just don't have the dedication anymore and have moved on to other niches that interest us both. If it doesn't sell we will still regularly update it but lets hope for the best that it finds its way into someones hands that can put it to its potential!

What do you guys think about the price?

i think given your sites monthly income and the fact that its custom your starting price is more than fair.

Thanks. What should be noted is that we never liked having ads cluttered everywhere and we rarely sold links. If people wanted to I'm sure theres a $1,500-$2,000+ potential per month easily. We have always been solid on not having a lot of ads.

Price looks fair to me. Good Luck on the sale and future endeavors. If I had the cash I'd scoop it up.

I think the price is high. The 6 month average revenue is only a little over $600 a month. The site is blocked by MySpace. If the site takes a dump in the SERPs it doesn't even have profile links as a backup for traffic. I think it would be a much easier sell with a couple more months at $1k+ revenue and the MySpace issue resolved. As a buyer, I would need a much better deal to take a risk on a sinking ship with such a short history.

I have my hunches...I'd rather take it at a discount and take the risk then to wait it out and pay a premium for it.

You have probably one of the most appealing MySpace resource sites I've ever seen. In fact, of the top of my head... it is the most appealing MySpace resource site.

Good luck with the sale, the price is right, Im sure someone will buy it!

The price in my opinion is good. Alot of time has been spent on the site and the Layout and organization show it. Good Luck with the sale.

Are you talking about the buy it now price? 15 months is quite alot, considering it is a myspace site. The average is about 10 months and myspace sites are usually valued less because of all the arbitrage that goes on in that area. But nevertheless, it is a fair buy it now price but I would be surprised if you got more then 12k.
