Anyone know a good animation tutorial?

I'm trying to figure out how to make a simple animation with ImageReady from CS2. I know how to make simple animations, but I was wondering like a streaking glow, etc... If there are any good tutorials out there or maye someone from the boards can possibly post one.

i was thinking the same thing. i know how to animate a lot of stuff. and do a lot. but there's so much more i want to do.
