I was just curious if there is anyway we could have Gender Icons on our names? I know me personaly I have mistaken a few people I talk to as Males and they turn out to be females and vise versa.

That smiley is amazingly overused around the forums. Could confuse some people by replacing the gif with an angry face. That way all the moments that are supposed to be funny would be completely misunderstood by new people.
