Banner Contest! A lil money included..

Okay, I'm not rich, so I can't give out too big of a prize, but I will send $5.00 via paypal if I find what I'm looking for through this. Basically I own a little site embraceme.us - My first layout ever back when I hosted myself on geocities was hot pink, lime green and baby blue. Sounds like a weird combo, but it actually turned out kind of cute and ended up getting me hosted. Anyway, I wanted to go back to those original colors just for fun. Lately my banners have been horrible and I have no good brushes.. so if you can design me a banner that I like, I will pay you 5 bucks and link your site on my side bar.

I want the size to be the same as my current one: 750x300. I for sure want the border to be black, like 8px. And the background hot pink. Here's a template I made, but you don't have to use it:

I also need Embrace Me on it in some cute font. Obviously the theme of my site name is lovey, so it would be nice to have some hearts, maybe a little cursivey font, etc. But make sure you follow these colors (feel free to use this as a fill):
