lol ok, maybe not exactly. But they chose one of my sites to spotlight on their Net Income podcast in their new quicky segment, "featured site of the week".

It's not a myspace site, but I was excited and wanted to share anyway heheh.

It's supposed to be spotlighed on the Net Income show Tuesday, Oct 17th show.

Not bad. Ended up getting about 500 uniques in those few days. Not many clicked ads (of course lol) but still cool to get the exposure. Plus I get a shoemoney shirt lol.

They really seemed to like it though. They talk about it right at the start so if you want to listed you don't have to listen to the whole thing to hear about it. You can grab the mp3 on the shoemoney.com site.

Any updates on this site? We're listening to the archives and saw it come up when Des mentioned it was yours, so I'm curious how it's done for you.

Not too much to update. It got PR5 on the first PR update from all the backlinks the feature brought. I still see traffic from those forums from people talking about it. Most of those types still don't click ads though :(.

I haven't really done much to send traffic there myself though. That tends to be my weak spot and on like 95% of my sites I don't have enough time/energy/knowledge to build good traffic.

If anyone can send traffic to a VoIP site let me know lol ;).

I might be able to help you get a better CTR. Just move your adsense box up and wrap the words around it. Do it in this area.:

Yeah, decent pay for VoIP ads...usually $0.40 or so but some are up closer to $2 every once in a while.

Spaceboos, CTR isn't as much of a problem as actually getting good targeted traffic to the site. CTR is find but for the most part I have only had webmasters on the site heheh. Thanks for the tips though...might test that out regardless of traffic.

my CJ account was also closed recently so need to reapply for the ebay affiliate thing heh. I'm pretty sure they just closed it for complete lack of activity as I haven't used it beyond the ebay links and didn't get a single sale though those yet so just wasting space in their db heheh.

I got my shoemoney tshirt a while back which was kind of cool heheh.
