Up for auction is the full website and domain http://www.myspacevalley.com

The site receives 700-1000 uniques a day and is continuously growing. About 95% of the traffic comes from search, myspace profiles, and returning visitors, so there is great potential. Also, 100% of the site is original and was designed and coded by Igor and myself, respectively. I don't know of anyone else that can honestly claim that.

I will cover any domain transfer charges but hosting is the buyer's responsibility.

I will also help set up the site once you have a host since my scripts might be too complicated.

We have received offers up to 30k USD, but I'll start taking offers on this thread at 22k to see where it goes. If you aren't willing to pay that much then please don't reply.

Due to some past transactions, the site WILL NOT be completely turned over until payment is received and I will require that phone communication is consistent and daily until the transaction is complete. My partner Igor and I have a pristine reputation and will gladly provide references if wanted.

My preferred method of payment is PayPal but we are willing to be flexible if that's not an option for you. I will cover any transaction fees up to $700.

NOTE: I have the right to accept or refuse any offer proposed, regardless of the highest bid posted.

Because it's an auction, and I get my concept from 3 years of dealing on eBay, if you start something at the high price, it has a much lower chance of working out.

I have a real question. So are you basing your Selling price based on design or actual revenue. Most MSRS sites sell for 8-10 months of rev. ie. your site probably makes around $2k-3k per month?
Also, didn't see any CPC ads, so youre making the rev mostly with Azoogle and VCM?

I am selling based on content and potential, I have never paid for advertising for the site, nor have I ever promoted. I am running CPC/CPM ads from ValueClick, and also a few CPA/CPL ads from Azoogle.

Yea, I never really had time to put into anything extra besides making the content. Pretty much everything comes from search, profile linkbacks, and returns, plus dozens of people's personal blogs.

I am basing on content, and if you notice every graphic is very high quality. Quality of Quantity, I know it's cliche, but I wouldnt pay **** for a site that has 10,000 layouts that all suck, just my opinion. People actually use our stuff, and the gens really are the main parts of the site. There aren't many sites that make all their content that have 1,000's over 1,000's of graphics, we were leaning more toward advanced gens.

Yea he was one of the "previous transactions" I was referring to, a deadbeat that never paid. But since the guy that actually owned his site is cool, we have full control of it now and are gonna take it down when this sells. I will have my ads up on there by tomorrow, and DJ or PimpMyMs, w/e his name is won't ever have access again. There's a whole thread about him in the Town Hall if you wanna check it out. We might have finally gotten rid of him.

Hi, I was kinda wondering how something that looks completely different and is coded 10X better and has completely different features can be considered a clone. Hmmm interesting... Yea... and BTW we knew Scotty when he had his old design with diff colors, ours was actually completed before his.

If you would like to back up your piont then please do some side-by-side screenshots. If he would actually say something like that then he's prbly jealous that 2 teens could make something better than him. Hmmmmmmmm. I think it's about time I take his links down now....

Does MMP have a Contact Table Gen with Live Preview and saving capabilities? no. Does he have an MP3 DLer tool? no. Does he have a LIVE Stats tool that provides 5 statistical categories? no. Does he have the stupid but fun Encrypter and Lingo tools? no. Does he have the same or even similar Layouts and Graphics? no. Is his core design even remotely similar? not even close besides him using our color scheme on his new design.

The only other I captured was the two diff stats tools, because they are the only ones even slightly similar. He released his a day before we got done, that's the last time we tell people our ideas before we have completed them.

I picked that one cause it's the one of ours that looks closest to his. He IM'd Igor the day we released ours saying we copied his little online guys. Even though Igor drew them himself.

Since he doesn't even have any of our other tools I had no reason to screencap... please don't be spreading slander and lies on my marketplace thread.

I personally take offense when people make remarks like those since I spent countless hours coding these tools to perfection and efficiency, and I'm sure Igor doesn't appreciate it either since he designed each and every one from top to bottom.

Not once did i say your site was a clone of MMP. When i saw it i thought it looked very much in the same style and the tools were VERY similar. So i asked Scotty and thats what he told me.

I even said in my first post that i liked the design of the site etc. Can you gaurantee that once your website has been sold the clone of your website will be taken down?

First, you lied to him, I NEVER said I spoke with him about this.

And yes, his domain and site were up before ours was, never said it wasn't, BUT I did say that our current (and only) design was up and running before his current, which is 100% true.


I did not lie at all, you stated that it seems I have cloned his tools w/o permission... which is 100% false, and completely obvious that I didn't and couldn't. Considering that he only has one tool similar to mine, the livestats, which he released 1 day before ours, with one style and one stat category, neither you nor him even have an argument on this. Igor had told him we were making one, then before we knew it he put one out. I'm not accusing him of anything, but that's how it happened, could've been a crazy coincidence.

PLEASE read my posts before replying, that post wasn't just @ you, I included the design screenshots because people said we cloned his design which is absolutely ridiculous. And, I NEVER said I talked to him about what you said. If he said that stuff it's pure jealously, he doesn't even have any other tools like mine, so how could I clone something he doesn't even have? There's no argument here.

And no, I would not sell anything else related to the site if it is purchased with the domain, or if someone requested a unique and/or resell rights on individual items. But, now it's looking like this thread is pointless since some immature people here are so inconsiderate or just plain stupid. I'm gonna be contacting my corporate people to see if anyone can get a confirmed offer going, hopefully one of the 25-30k's. I'll keep you all posted on this thread.

It says one of mine is worth $9,315,320 but NO ONE would ever pay that much for it. The pricing at scoop is inflated alot. So since it says yours is worth 10K it really means far far less.
