Traffic built through SEO and paid linkage (not link exchanges, ppc advertising)
1800-2k uniques/day
10k pageviews/day
Sitewide link on all but 'Layouts' section
ONLY 15 links total (not ONLY 15 links this week and then another block of ONLY 15 links next week)
Above the fold (not crappy footer links)
8 year old domain, 1 year old site
$20/month (price will only increase with an increase in PR on significant increase in traffic)

Payment by Paypal subscription only
Will not be accepting multiples of same anchor text, so if you want a good one then be quick

Do you have to do a subscription? I prefer just a PP link. Either way is fine though, but this just causes me to have to go in and then cancel the subscription after the payment goes through. Either way.

Dawn - pm sent. I manage dozens of links so the subscription method is easiest for me control the inventory.

You may want to wait a couple of weeks before cancelling. If the traffic works out then you may wish to continue renewing. Personally I don't buy links for anything less than 3 months in order to get serp/pr value from them.

There have been some hefty PR6 links bought for this site recently so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a PR lift this time round. Link prices will remain the same for 1 month following any PR increase.
