Diets do not help, nothing helps.

running is the best exercise for loosing weight. Yeah it sucks i still hate it after 3 years of the army and running 10 km everyday. I dont think ill ever like it. When i get out i plan on being fat though.. so it seems we both want what the other has..

You could try just walking for 30minutes around your block and insuring you have 5 portions of fruit and veg in your diet every single day.

e.g 1 banana, 4 dried appricotes, 10 grapes etc.
all of which taste great in sugar free jelly :chef:

stop eating out at fast food joints like mcdonalds, dont eat after 7pm, drink a gallon of water per day. try to get more active and stuff like park way at the end of the parking lot when you goto walmart and walk the whole way. stay way from pizza rolls and eat salad.

actually if you just ate salad for lunch and supper, you would prolly loose about a 100lbs very quick.
