Do you have resell rights for these layouts? If you didn't make them yourself you need to have resell rights which probably isnt the case.

You cant sell someone elses work.

i have not made the layouts. I have not collected from the sites just like that.
I have processed it in many ways. i think, this collection will be very useful for the webmasters who are in need of good start. i am just selling my work of processing.

I sure hope my layouts aren't in this package. This is completely illegal and all webmaster's should be informed- So if anyone knows where the layouts are from, do inform them. I'll do the same when I see the previews.

I checked em' out. I don't see any of MY layouts in there (I viewed thumbnails, didn't open anything up though)-However, with the tons of different styles/looks, it's so unclear for me to say safely my layouts won't be in the package. If you could give us more details as in do you have permission on these? I am not interested in buying, and no one here is probably interested in buying stolen designs.

I gave in and downloaded...
There's some that is TAGGED for freeweblayouts... And since this is only maybe 40-50 of 6,000 -- its safe to say that there's still ahigh chance our layouts are in there.

So yes, my friend, this is illegal. You cannot sell something you did not make, or have the permission from its creator, to sell.

I downloaded the sample and looked at the css. Most of the samples are linking to images at freecodesource.com. I will not buy these. :ban:
