Site for sale: www.ticklemyspace.com
Fully licensed msrs site.
Traffic: approx. 4,500 - 5,000 visits monthly
Pushing about 2Gb monthly traffic all in.
Income: None I know of. This site was owned by someone else and has just become mine again (complicated story).
As far as I can remember there was about $1,000 worth of content, including the msrs script itself. There may be more content now, I don't know.
Domain is reg'd at Godaddy (free push).
All reasonable offers considered.

Sorry, too late. I've already sold the site. I did ask you to post earlier.

You could allow me more than couple of hours to reply. I've replied as soon as I got at my computer.
Do you really expect people to be online around the clock and do business that fast?
My bid was next to letoutpuissant's and as he failed to close the deal, my bid is the winning one. So how can you sell it to somebody else? Isn't it against auction rules? I insist that you reverse the sale and sell it to me. I'm confident that it's fair.

It was all reasonable offers.
I'm afraid that from your non-response I had to conclude you weren't interested.
I didn't sell it to the next highest bidder - I picked out the person I thought would benefit from it the most and practically gave it away. It's a done deal. Finished.
Since you seem a bit p*ssed off about this, if you don't mind another msrs site but with less traffic (about 1,000 per month), I'll sell you that one for $300 - it's all I can do. Great domain and a pile of content to boot.

Ah, well. What a nice excuse. However it looked like an auction-type thing. You were apparently looking for highest bid and even announced a BIN.

I DID respond a couple of hours after your request but you consider my response to be too late. You can't be serious that it's late really.

You still can refund the other buyer and pursue him/her to transfer it back to you or to me. You obviously made a mistake and the buyer can understand that.

Yes, indeed, I'm a bit p*ssed off. This is called poor business practice if I'm not mistaken.
And no, thanks, I do not want the other site. I prefer you to sort it out with the other buyer and do the correct thing - close the deal with me.

Here's some more 'poor business practice' then - go f*ck yourself!
