I've had a f****** bellyfull of scripts that simply don't work as they are supposed to and 'support' that does no such thing. Grrrrrr!!!! :gun_bandana: :gun_bandana:
I seem to be spending my time of late simply trying to get various scripts to work and getting absolutely bloody nowhere with non-existent so-called 'support'. It's feckin endless. I mean, how hard can it be to get something to work properly if you are a developer or fixing it if it doesn't?

(I'm not talking about here, on this forum, btw. The support here actually does, well, offer support).

lol well thank you for your vote of confidence :P
As a developer when we release a product/service we also take on the responsibility of supporting said product/service. I dont know how other people can release a product and not offer support for it.
I can be very frustrating at times, but you still have to look after your customers. Usually there is a underlining reason as to why they are not supporting it, whether that be an actual valid reason or not they still should tell the customers what is going on, and what they are trying to do to correct it.

Haha, I have been there several times. I KNOW the feeling.
You try to get something accomplished and you can't because of the support...
I have a STRONG feeling it's m2scripts too....Shame though

I understand where you're coming from but I honestly can't understand how come I never seem to have any trouble with m2scripts and their support, but so many other people have. I contact them regularly with questions on how to better my script, or get certain things to work. Maybe I'm just lucky I guess.
I remember a little bit ago I posted on their forum and got a pretty quick response for support, but I'm sure you've tried that too, so idk.

Personally, I'm not talking about m2scripts. I'm referring to a range of products I currently have running on various sites.
