I just checked my inbox and got this pm from one of the members here. I am not sure if it is spam or legit:

I am so upset. I just love those kenny tubes..but decided I should email him and ask permission...and he was very nice...but said that I can only use them for personal use..etc...NO profit in anyway can they be used for. Darn it! I have 4 made so far and just got home from work and was going to finish the package this weekend! To bad there was not away around this..but I CAN NOT put them in marketplace to sell. any suggestions? I dont want to break any laws.
