Eww! Trojan!

I have a trojan file on my computer awvvs.dll and I can't get it off I have spyware software and virus software, I have also tried deleting in safemode & I am having no luck at all........... Any suggestions?

download hijackthis

Find it in the list and disable it from loading at startup/erasing it. Then reboot in safemode and be sure it's gone.
