So Frustrating

When I go to this link, in firefox and IE, it wont work. Jus't wont play.
Other people say it does, some say it doesn't. It is so frustrating.

Takes about 5 seconds to load in Safari on my college campus network, and no one is here in the summer and it's fast as can be. Something is up.... plus the video only plays for 2 seconds.

Same with Opera, loads fast enough but only plays the first beat.
