OK well I installed MSRS today and I'm very impressed. I'm anxious to go ahead and start really promoting commentsville (http://www.commentsville.com).

So what I need is a header banner. I like the style of CommentYou.com and CommentEEOS.com. But I want it to play off the "ville" part of the domain. Maybe have a city line in the background or a house or something. Maybe a welcome to commentsville sign. Just looking for the most professional design

The outline looks a bit weird here, but it will blend 100% with your layout and even matches the buttons.

I don't love the buildings... but it's overall really nice.

EVERYONE: that (what sergio did) is the size and dimensions I'm looking for.

i like it too. it's def simple but it does the job and makes you look. :clap:

off the topic, i hate my ps and image ready. look at my banners, they look rough.

Ok here's my "fix". I can still change some things but I'm graduating, partying that night and the day after, and moving so I'll probably be available till Monday, that is if I can hook up the internet. I'll probably be able to "borrow" my neighbors though.

That is lovely. The "lit windows" colors compliment the color scheme of the site so perfectly :)

I was really torn between the above image and this one:

The reason those 2 were my favorites is because they appealed to my efficiency side.

Those 2 captured the colors already present on the site and matched them. So with those I wouldn't have to change anything on the site in terms of color :)

Thanks to all who entered. Those designs were really cool and creative. I liked the buildings scheme in all of them. But I ended up choosing sergio's because of the focus on the site name vs everything else. Because in the end that's what's really important :)
