okay so i just recieved a CD in the mail. I opened the package, and i see a reciept for $2.79 and that i DID NOT order. its from bmgmusic.com and i know i didnt order it, but it says i have to pay by 7/06/07 and i don't have a credit card to pay for it with. Its filled out to my name and everything. I tried looking on the site and i don't see anything to contact them. what should i do?

I get that sometimes. Just call them (there should be contact info in the box) and tell them you didn't order it. :D Hope i helped ;)

thanks hayley or kenzie? haha i found the number on the net
well she closed my account and she hung up on me before i could ask her about returning it... so i was on hold and i told her i never signed up for an account on there and she was like okay i will close your account then thank you *click*
so what am i supposed to do with the CD?
on the back on the invoice it says: if the package is unopened, just write "refused--return to sender" on it and drop it in the mail--we'll pay postage."
If you've opened the package, return it within 10 days of receipt, via 3rd- or 4th-class mail.
so if i just send it back, they cant charge me? and whats 3rd/4th class mail? can i just stick it in my mailbox

I know that sometime the post office will not take it if the box is open. You will have to pay for shipping. What I do is open it in a way that I can glue it on the inside flap and then I write Return to sender on it. Never had a problem...

i tried to do that because i usually be careful also but the flap was like superglued so it wouldnt come off easily and it was thick too so i had to rip it open.. im calling em back ugh
