I absolutely loathe Dreamweaver. It's the only IDE I have found that provides the autocomplete and syntax highlighting I need, otherwise I would have ditched it long ago. My beef is with it's FTP implementation. I have done nothing but time out all day long. It's made many hours more work for me and I'm at my wits end. Normally it's not unbearable, but lately it's been a complete drag.

Anyone out there that knows of an IDE that provides the following, let me know:

(customizable/configurable) Syntax highlighting for PHP, CSS, JS and XHTML.
autocomplete libraries for PHP, CSS, JS and XHTML.
Built in FTP.
Built in file browser.
Some form of rudimentary Project management whether it be site, ftp or project profiles.
Mass search and replace (by folder or by file)

I don't care about any preview or design view. I don't care how much it costs, I just need something that isn't broken.

i don't but i'll be glad to help you figure out your ftp problem when i get home tomorrow evening.

i've been using dreamweaver for several years and have had several versions so i'm pretty good at troubleshooting if you need it.

Thanks Jason. I think I've found my solution though. I found an open source program called Aptana (http://www.aptana.com/). After quite a bit of messing with the syntax highlighting options I've got the color coding close to what I'm used to and all the other features I need are there.

Thank you for the offer myspaceprodesigns, I really do loathe dreamweaver though.

Aptana looks interesting.

After I installed IE7, Dreamweaver was repeatedly popping up error messages. So I had to uninstall IE7. I searched Google for solutions to this. No one had a solution to the error message other than to uninstall IE7. How lame for Adobe not to provide a fix.
