Iframe traffic exchange?

I recently have started a 1 for 1 exchange with bigoo.ws. However the exchange is only thru image thumbnail and they provide the iframe. By placing their iframe on my site am I helping them (in seo ways), more than the fair 1 for 1 exchange?

if it's an image, not really helpful with seo much. also the fact that it's an iframe is even worse so i guess it's pretty even (this is as far as I know, I'm definitely not an expert :))... maybe he's just after traffic?
