Need help!

I am looking to buy a new site, script, similar or exactly like the one offered on m2scripts.com...I guess it's called "fully loaded turnkey". BUT, I need someone to set it up for me on my Yahoo hosting! All the files, control panel, sql database, all that! I see they sell it for $125. The one they sell looks easy to manage, upload graphics, layouts, ect....If someone can do it for me or can suggest another script to buy that comes with EVERYTHING, not necessarily a ton of graphics and layouts, because I can buy those on here, but something easy to manage and add more content and categories, please let me know! I would go with MSRS there is no database to manage just upload and go....believe me it gets old real fast having to add layouts one at a time and its nice not having a SQL database to worry about.
