Do you have Google analytics or the equivalent for your site? Do you use it if it is in place?
If you don't you should grow to learn to love it. There are so many tips and tricks and bits of information that you can pull from reviewing your stats that can make your site better and more profitable. I just read a great article that I wanted to pass along since I am an analytics nazi lol

Here is just a quick example: How many of you know the % of visitors viewing your site on 800 x 600 resolution. What about 1024 x 768. If its low enough is it worth a redesign? What about how many of your visitors are on Windows? If using windows how many on IE vs Firefox? How many on IE7 vs IE6? Did you test your site in IE7? What about your bounce rate. The people that are coming to your site. Are they staying or jumping ship as soon as they land?
Some interested things I learned about my own site with a quick review of my stats and the decisions it influenced.
1) only about 11% were on 800 x 600 so I made the jump to 1024 x768
2) 98% are using windows, 78% using IE (of that 78% 29% are on IE7) My site had flaws in IE7 so I fixed them.
3) Very few are on dial up (I can add more bandwidth intense content)
4) 99 - 100% of my visitors have flash (May use it sparingly to liven my homepage and lowere my bounce rate)
Another great tool is: www.crazyegg.com (track where your visitors are clicking)
Here is my moto: Test, test test, rework, test test test, rework, repeat
Anyone else want to share some tools or informative articles you have come across? Has analyzing your sites helped you? Share your stories :)
