I'm just wondering, if I were to make a PSD for a website template, I was wondering if I could get a few quotes for coding it.
Of course I'd probably have at least 2 templates, one for homepage and one for the content pages. I don't actually know if this would belong in the marketplace or not.

Coding it for functionality or just making an static html page out of it?
By functionality I mean: incorporating a navigational system or integrating with some sort of MSRS template system.

I just mean I need to actually be able to use it for a website. Like I'm setting up the basic design of the page, making basic content areas, etc. I don't know much about designing a site from a PSD but I figure its a good time to learn.
The part I usually have most trouble with is centering the template. I'm not good with coding other than using basic divs.

Have you ever used slices in ImageReady... you can generate all the html you need directly from a PSD using ImageReady and slices. That's how I do my site templates. Well then I break it down, separate it, put php in create includes... and so on... and so on...
But you could get the basic HTML at least.
