I walk into my bathroom first to find some nice soft cat **** on my bathroom rug. It was hard enough to grab with some toilet paper and flush down the toilet. Well I was pretty pissed off about that because the litter box was just dumped and changed 2 days ago.

About 5 minutes later I walk out to the living room on my way out to the garage to have a smoke and I see my female ***** cat smelling her wonderful puddle of piss on my leather couch.... :gun_bandana: I grabbed the little ***** and drowned her nose in it for a minute. and then through her across the room.

Now wtf... we have had these cats for about 6 months now and she is starting to pull this crap. We have not had any problems with our male cat, so that makes me wonder because has been neutered... So I am thinking she is pulling this **** because she is on the rag? Am I correct? We still have to get her fixed yet , so that could be a possible problem, I dunno. She keeps it up though, she will soon be an outdoor cat.

oh yea, anyone know how to clean cat piss off a leather couch?

Uggg, don't throw your cat across the room.. I'm a fanatic on cats.. although my kitten (that is currently living down south) tends to um, take a dump, behind my TV and in my wardrobe, and ruined a suitcase of mine.. eh. Still love her though. She has been neutered, but make sure they always have access to their litter tray, and there isn't something scaring them. It could be something little, or a child, whatever.

As for cat piss off a leather couch? Check yahoo answers.. :P

ah dude, that must suck. i used to have 5 cats and a rotweiller (sp?) and we moved into a completely new house with them, and after the first month, the house was totaled. we kept them though, but ended up getting rid of them when we moved. i cant really stand cats, theyre so annoying and nosey

Well I know that is not the problem as my women and child are out of town at a wedding.

oh yea the female cat has been making these howling noises and moaning all night and then she is like rubbing her body against the carpet all weird. She has to be in heat or something.

I hear ya. I seem to have more of a problem with the female cat as she is the nosey one, for example just a little bit ago she had to nose around in a half glass of water sitting on my end table and dumped it on the floor.

Now the Male cat I have, he never seems to drive me nuts. He just likes to chill all the time and hang out.

Get it neutered or spayed or whatever its called? cats are SO annoying when they're on heat. mine used to cry and meow all through the night and literally like, hump the floor. it was seriously unbearable. after we got it 'fixed' everything was fine. but it was a bit scared for a few weeks after cos of the operation and pain and stuff.

Use some cleaning spray with orange oil extract or something in it. In Australia we have something called 'orange power' that does the trick when my cat decides to be lazy and not go to the damn litter box.

Cats only tend to do that when they are unable to make it to the toilet (clearly not the case here) or they are distressed or pissed about something. Maybe she is missing the females of the household as well as being in heat?

When my tom cat gets pissed at me for something he usually heads his butt over towards the computer in an I'm-going-to-spray-all-over-your-computer f-you sort of attitude.

Yea I know. I would like to get a yellow lab someday, they are friendly/smart dogs and good for hunting. My girlfriend wants a rottweiller , they are little aggressive for kids though.

I wouldn't recommend a rottweiler. haha. i had 2 when i was younger [9] and they would always hurt my little brother who was only 6. They also tore up everything they could. I had a yellow lab after, they are nice and content. Then I had 2 collies. One was a devil and destroyed my living room and the other was probably the nicest, sweetest dog i've ever seen. So it all depends on how they were bred.

My parents used to have a cat who did this... there is a cleaner you can get in the store called "Kids N Pets" and it works well to get the smell/stain up.. the smell of cat urine is the WORST!!

I cleaned my room last night, had the electric blanket on, laying with my puppy in bed, working on my sites. I go to the toilet, I come back, and there's a juicy piece of crap all over my cables.

I was furious.

Also too, the cat may have a UNI (Urinary tract infection) very common. You need to get her checked out at least. Also get her fixed.

Rubbing her face into her pee was the worst thing you could have done. =\

I had this science thing on.. and there was a cat toilet trainer.. and apparently it works. The creator of it sells it online, and earns an income from it too..

It does sound very much like she is on heat and you will need to wait until that is done and get her spayed. I have both a male and a female cat (neutred and spayed) and have no problems with the smell of cat wee or anything.

Sometimes cats do develop "behavioural problems" though and need a hormone spray to calm them down.

Co-incidently saw an article in the paper a couple of days ago, said when cats do stuff like that it's because they are being bullied, often by by other cats living in the neighborhood.

I had an Irish Red Setter when I was younger, absolutely fantastic dog. Since then I had rottweillers, they have a bit of a bad rep but mine were great and I bought up three small children with them. Never had a hassle with them and they were very protective towards the kids. Looked after and played with them all the time. Now the kids are grown up they say some of there best memories are times they spent with the rottweillers. We lived in the country and they went everywhere the kids went, they had lots of fun in the bush.

Now we have a Blue heeler, I can't stand it, always on the move, hassling for attention and a bit to over the top to be around kids. Give me a big slow sleepy rottweiller any day lol.

I had a rottweiler that weighed 11 stone and used to fall asleep lying against my leg. It made my legs go numb!

It was a soppy dog with a passion for Mars Bars and cheese and onion crisps.
