Youtube videos in posts

I've created a bbcode for youtube videos. You can see the icon in Advanced Mode, but the bbcode itself is just yt. It works like so:

If your youtube URL is this:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=qR_z85O0P2M

Then the text inside your yt bbcode would be qR_z85O0P2M.
