i have seen quite a few people with myspace sites call 25k a day sites high traffic....from an advertisers point of view i don't consider any site high traffic unless a link on their site will send me at least 500 - 600 visitors a day minimum

8,000 - Medium Traffic

15,000 - Medium High Traffic

50,000 - High Traffic
