Erm, I think this layout is going to be frowned upon 'cause everyone in this forum is extremely talented and professional, but here goes nothing.

Your previous layouts have been better but I still like this one.

The text is a bit boring and doesn't suit it really, not a fan of glass text.

Also the background of your headers ie. 'News and Updates' makes the actual text very hard to read. Maybe lower the opacity or just feather it out towards the center?

I'm very critical, sorry =( but I really do think it's cute and the colours are great.
