Free Web Layout Script ?

Seems they are custom made resource site scripts.. But correct me if i am wrong.

Yup, something like msrs or msls that has admin panel and you can easily add layouts etc.

Get a freelancer to whip something up for you as that way you can get exactly what you want and no one else will have it. As Jamie said, the scripts FWL and LayoutHits use are made custom and you won't find them available to buy anywhere publicly.
