Last night I had a dream.

I was sitting at the PC looking at banners, CPM stats and new affiliate programs.

:punk:

Lol, I thought dreaming about CPM is kinda sad.

I should be dreaming about things like ruling the world and massive orgies with Jessica Alba and Jenifer Lopez.

This may sound silly, but learn how to lucid dream. It's not nearly as difficult or far featched as people make it seam, and it's a hell of a lot of fun. I almost never dream of work and almost always know i'm dreaming and am able to control my dream.

You know how cool it is to fly?

Greg it has been a long time since had a dream where I was flying! I sure do miss those ones.

Wasn't there a movie called lucid dreams or something like that. hmmmm

Shoot I had a dream once that I was flying and some ghost or something was after me. Then we started fighting or something and somehow I look over and it was either my wife or one of my kids and someone was getting them and out of no where I did this super sonic scream and blew out all the windows in this building where my family member was at.

lol then I woke up. I can't believe I remember that. It was a scary dream but it was also really neat.

I really need to start dreaming like that again.

I have a dream that one day I will become Mayor and every one will say: "I want to be a wacko: that all men are weird." I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Planet Zeekois the sons of former wackos and the sons of former n00bies will be able to sit down together at a table of wackohood. I have a dream that one day even the state of Or-A-Gun, a wacko state, sweltering with the heat of goofballs and weirdos, will be transformed into an oasis of wackos. I have a dream that my four FUTURE children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the intelligent of their IQ but by the content of their wackiness. I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day the state of Rio Linda, whose n00bie's lips are presently dripping with the words of intelligents and knowledge, will be transformed into a situation where geeks and nerds will be able to join hands with intelligent humans and goofy n00bies and walk together as n00bie and wacko. I have a dream today. I have a wacky dream that one day every member shall be just like da King of da Wackos, every post and every thread will be covered with grins :D:D:D:D, the intelligent members will be made in to wackos, and the crooked places will be made crookeder, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all wackos shall see it together. This is our hope. This is the faith with which I return to MySpacePro. With the wackos we will be able to hew out of the mountain of intelligents a stone of weirdos. With these weirdos we will be able to transform the jangling discords of the boards into a beautiful symphony of wackohood. With these wackos we will be able to work together, to drive people insane together, to struggle together, to go to geek jail together, to stand up for wackos and n00bies together, knowing that we will always be wackos one day.

Hey Greg! I've never met anyone else who knew about this. Usually when I talk about it I get responses like...oh yeah I had a really cool dream...or my dreams seem so real. That's not quite the same as the sense of reality and control in lucid dreaming.

A couple years ago I found a newsgroup about lucid dreaming and read every post. That night I had my first and longest lucid dream. I've only managed a couple times since.

For those who haven't heard of it.

In Lucid dreams you feel fully conscious and in control. Not just a vivid dream, but an experience seeming as real as your conscious life...except you are in control of where you are and what happens. Flying is a very tempting activity, even more so than the feeling of actually having sex with Jessica Alba.
For a lucky few, merely intending to remain in control is enough to dream lucidly. This was the case, my first time, but I've had to resort to other techniques and many attempts to have short followup experiences.
Try to remember to do something specific in your dreams. This will bring you into control. Like when you begin to dream, check your watch or go look in the mirror. Something will not appear normal and you will realize you are lucid dreaming. Then you can fly around or switch channels to another location and do whatever.
I try spinning when I feel I'm losing control, to shake off the normal dream state.
Some believe lucid dreaming to be entering an alternate reality. They attempt to meet each other in dreams and exchange secret information as proof. I think it is just a very entertaining altered state.
Others report the ability to accompish work while lucid dreaming. Planning, problem solving.
