First let me say I am looking for deals, so the best deals I will buy first!

The website the content will be posted on is hand coded, so no CMS stuff.

I am looking for high quality and prefer it to be in lots of 10-100 for layouts,
and 50 -500 for glitters.

I am also looking for high quality generators under $25, that do not link to outside sources.
