Duplicate content

I have 2 MSRS scripts running and both have no google traffic. The indexed pages doubled but i am still gone from google SERPS for 6 weeks now. I just want to know if there is a online tool to check for duplicate content on the website. Because that is the only thing what i can come up with why i am out of google. I dont mean copyscape but more to see if page's with different title have the same content.

Score higher than 40% I'll almost guarantee google is hitting you with dups.

Add more text crawlers need text, that's my suggestion anyway. :)

Try changing the names of the divs and everything, I heard that helps too.
