ok I paid this guy some money to advertise one of my site's for me, thing is he stuffed up the whole url and did the whole promotion with the wrong URL....which was some other **** website, this was not a low amount aswell.....

has any oen had a similar thing happen????

If he doesn't reply and agree to sort something out with you, take up a paypal claim with him (assuming that you used paypal for the transaction)
