Need header for Comments site

I need a decent header for commenteeos.com as right now it does not have one. I am hoping someone can make me a nice one for a decent price.

I think the default width of MSRS is 750px and the height would probably be 140px

No, I am looking for something that goes with the whole width of the layout.

not really, just whatever looks good and maybe something universal so if I change the website color scheme the header will still look good.
