Site URL: Http://www.myspacelayoutplace.net

Food for thought:
* 500-700 UV daily / PR 3 / $2-3+ per day with Adsense alone. (I also use CPAempire, AFF, auction ads and Millnicmedia - But don't have stats for those so i'm not counting those in the revenue)
* Runs on Greg-J's popular new script, MSLS. Greg can varify license. Details Here! (click) (http://www.myspacepros.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2628)
* 1,800+ HQ Layouts already on the site. (Which alone costs around $2500)
* This site comes with hosting, IF needed, until Jan 17, 2008. Domain expires as well, at this time.

Reason for selling:
I'm trying to move into my own place, and I need to sell this to get the money for a down payment. I see alot of potential in this site, so I really don't want to have to sell it - but I need the money.

*I have the right to end this auction early or Extend if need be.

At this moment, it's kind of mixed. I started hosting them offsite to my premium photobucket account, but never was able to finish doing them all as I ran short on time. :-/ I think the most part is onsite, at the moment.

Okay the bid has been lowered to $900 because the person who bid higher, backed out. (or atleast just isn't answering his PMs) and I need to hurry and get the money. :-/

I'm setting the BIN at $1,900 for right now, as I need $1,800 for the down payment.

I noticed the thing keeping alot of users away, is the 'myspace' domain. I spoke to Greg and he said you can transfer the license to another domain. So you could use the myspacelayoutplace.net as a forwarder and keep the layouts & script or whatever. With 1,800 layouts thats $1 per layout and $147 for the script alone. :)

Sounded better in my head. lol

I'm lowering the BIN to $1,300 for a quick sale. First to PM me gets it.

Are all of the layouts not tagged? Just trying to think if I moved it to a different domain.

Same question as wce. Im really considering buying this BUT moving them all to a 3rd party host will be a freaking pain.

No, the layouts are not tagged. I didn't have time to tag them... Sky was suppose to tag them for me, but I didn't get the chance to send him the files with me having to worry about the move and all.

Oh wait, I take that back about 10 of them are since they came tagged. lol (out of 1,800)
