How do you delete a friend?

I have been getting a few crap bulletins from some "friends" who turned out to be professional spammers. Is there a simple way to get rid of them without having to navigate though 50 pages of friends until I find them? In the messages window there is a "delete from friends" button, but I haven't seen anything like that in the bulletin window

on the bottom of the bulletin, big buttons.... "Reply To Poster" on the left, "Delete From Friends" on the right.
