Layoutsdump.com for sale, PR 5, Alexa 765,000

Hi,

I need to get rid of Layoutsdump.com, PR 5 and have a 765,000 Alexa ranking.

The reason for sale is because I have other sites, and I haven`t had much time developing it, and I haven`t been motivated to do either.

It`s a nice site with a good domain, and I think this site can be really popular if someone really work it and do some link exchanges, and add more Layouts to it..

Starting bid is $1000,


Traffic was approx 1000 uniques daily, I don`t know now as the site have been offline in 10 days simply because I switched servers and I wasn`t interested in putting the site on that server. I don`t expect much traffic to it now..

Revenue was just a few $ daily, the reason is bed placement of ads, I usually build traffic to my sites before I throw alot of ads in the face of my visitors, just so I don`t scare them away to soon :)

I get your point, but the cost of script, design, cost of layouts and a good domain name, it`s all worth atleast $1000 probably more..

Like I said, I don`t know if there is much traffic to it now. I just put the site back online for 1 hour ago, and I cannot get a accurate estimate of traffic.

It`s a good start for people wanting to step into the myspace scene or have plans getting another site..

Frontpage looks just like Pyzam, domain would've been better if it were layoutdump.com, etc.

I checked the stats now, I use Extremetracking.com

Here is the stats for today at 8AM, this means there is 586 visitors in just 8 hours, this is mainly searchengine traffic, and some from profiles..

we usaully get about 100 uniques/day from being #2 for 'myspace layouts' in the UK along with msn/yahoo UK so i wouldnt discount it that much..

In fact, on further poking about I don't understand it at all. No internal pages seem to have PR. If you run site:http://www.layoutsdump.com/ only 2 pages are cached in google and yet when you look at the cache of an individual page it's fine! I am not getting this at all.

Can you shed any light?

I have sent a message to the person bidding on the site, and I will tell if the site sale go through or not.

Buyer sent me money, but asked for a refund because he had financial problems, so site is still for sale.

The layouts alone is worth alot more than $1000, check out the Rock and NBA layouts many of them are animated, these are made by Dean that is a member of this forum. He still owe me the 25 last layouts, so I guess the buyer can ask him to make whatever category he want :-)

traffic or no traffic please include stats with the sale. So annoying when people dont include any revnue or traffic stats. You know people are gonna ask 4 them so why not include it?

Thanks for your bid Jez, but the price will be $1000 for the site, I can keep the site as it is and develope it later on if I get some time to do it.

Im not in hurry, so if someone is not able to pay $1000 for it, I will keep it, but yeah we will transfer the site if the buyer want us to.
