Site: layoutsportal.com

Costs:
MSRS script: $300
Layouts/Glitters (All tagged): $600+
Template: 10-15 hrs (I did it)
These can be proven through paypal transactions.

**NOTE** I am selling my licence and all my rights to the layouts. The layouts did not come with resell rights and only one licence. So when selling the site, I am selling my ONE LICENCE to you and I will not own the layouts any more.

So that's over $1000 in time and money.

Revenue: $72 in April with Adsense
Unique Visitors: 200-300/day (Analytics)
Payment: Paypal or Escrow

It's currently hosted with 1&1, so that it why it is going so slow...
Domain registered at 1&1

Why am I selling it?
The competition is getting too high for me in the myspace market, I am backing out
and going to work on less competition websites.

This is not an auction. I am looking for all offers above $1000.

Hi Im a little interested but price is a little high. I realize the script cost 300.00 but the site is only making 72.00 per monthx 10 == 720.00 at most.

Sites are typically sold at 15-18 months revenue (72x18=1296). He is well within his right to ask for $1,000+ offers. Plus, take into account the custom layout, etc. Tons of time went into this site, and it shows.

time is marginalia when pricing a site. In general, Myspace resource sites are going for 10x rev. 15x-18x is for the bigger, well-established, high-earning sites.

I am basing the price by the content, template, time, AND revenue. Just with the content, template and time it should be worth $1k+. Then adding the revenue it should sell for ~$1500.

So spaceboos, the price would be a bit too high if there was no content/template, but there is, and that is why the price is higher.

There are ~700 layouts (All HQ and working all bought from myspace pros or made by myself, and I took off the star wars layouts that were included in MSRS)
It looks like I have only uploaded 250 graphics but I also bought a 300 graphic package which I haven't uploaded but both will be included in the sale. I kept all of Greg's graphics/images.

I am taking all offers above $1000. It is doubtful I will actually sell it for that price though.
