Hello I guess this is in the right section becuase hosting/domains are related.

ok well I have this domain name I purchased for a friend around 2 years ago,

now my friend is with this different company called "jumba host" his domain is with GoDaddy in my account, he has asked me to transfer him the domain becuase he now wants it in his Jumbahost account, I told him to sign up a godaddy account but he doesnt have a CC or paypal so he cant get this.

He is aksing for some "domain names EPP / Authorisation key " never heard of this?

I have only ever transfered domains from Godaddy account to Godaddy account and never had 1 drama but I have never transfered a domain to another company.

Who can help me out here.

thanks.

selected the domains then click on Account Change in the fields enter you friend info email.. etc.
----------------
This is the process that you use to give domain names to another registrant or to move domain names to another account. Moving a domain name to another account will remove it from your domain account and place it in an account for the new registrant.

The current registrant selects the domain names and submits the contact information for the new registrant.

The new registrant (the person or organization receiving the domain) will be notified by email with instructions on how to complete the process and assume registration of the domain names.

NOTE: When a private domain is moved to a new account, the privacy will be automatically removed. If desired, privacy may be repurchased once the account change is completed.

The new registrant does not need a current account with GoDaddy.com in order to start this process but will need one in order to accept the domain names and finalize the process.

I've had to use authorization keys when transferring domains from 1and1 before, so I imagine it's a similar thing. It's just a matter of verifying your ok with giving it away. Good luck!

Log in to your godaddy account.
click on the green Domains link in the upper left
scroll down to My Domains and click on that
you should now see a list of your domans
click on the domain in question
on the left you will see Authorization Code: Send by Email
click on that, then on the next page click ok, and then ok again.

You should receive the authorization in about 5 min.
