For the most part yes. Has some drawbacks. Adwords visitors tend to have 1/3 to 1/2 more pageviews than Organic visitors or Website referral visitors. They seem to return more also. Since they got to your page by clicking an ad there is a good chance they will leave your page by clicking one.

I recommend you stay away from Search and try Content bids only. Just my suggestion. Obviously higher paying Content Bids will get you a higher CTR unless your ads suck and lower Content Bids will result in a bad CTR and lower position in the ad.

I think Adwords has brought me somewhere around 200k visitors in the last few months. I've broke even with Adsense and now that I have Valueclick I'm doing slightly better than break even.

Btw Adwords helps since my site has been sandboxed for the last week.
