Contact Form and more!!Don't Miss This

I have just been testing a great contact form that has it all and is very easy to install.
The basic form is only $7

I am using the advanced form which can be seen by going to my site and clicking the contact us in the nav menu (if you get an ad when you click it press the back button.This is caused by my VC interstatial ads but I'm working on it!)
The basic form has contact us and feed back options.
If you buy the basic form I get the $7.
To upgrade to the full works will cost you another $27 of which I get nothing.
As you can see the upgrade has a tell a friend option and an email opt in.
The email opt in is the best part for me as you can integrate your aweber mail management code directly into the form for double opt in to a mailing list.Think of the possibilities!!!!!
I have also signed up to Aweber (you don't need to but its a great prog).The cost of this is $19/month.

It is very easy to add and as for integrating into aweber all you do is paste one line of code into one of the files.

"Simply replace <!--INSERT LIST SERVICE CODE HERE --> with your html or javascript link"...its that easy.
I heve been looking for a new contact form with catchpa for a couple of weeks now because of spam.I seem to have fallen on my feet with this one :)

If I can do it.....................................you know what I'm like with coding.Just ask Des!!!!!!!

I haven't really used aweber myself but do have an account already from before. May need help with the code ;).

Yeh $7 for the basic (which I get)
and another $27 to upgrade (which I dont get :( ) total $34
You must have GD2 enabled on your server for the catchpa image.
Tells u all about it on the sales page.

You can test to see if you have it by creating a file called test.php

Put this code inside it and upload to your site.


<?php phpinfo(); ?>


Then just call the file in your browser.It will tell you.
