I've been sandboxed for the past month, then yesterday all of the sudden my rankings are somewhat back for my target keywords; not completely back, but was in top 3 for them. Then all of the suddenly today what do you know, I have disappeared again.

What the heck is Google playing?
Do they not know who they are messing with?

Well anyone else seeing any similar situations?

Yeap. Been in and out of the sandbox in the last 2 months. One day I get out and it stays for a few weeks and then i'm gone for a couple weeks. Good thing I'm getting traffic from different areas otherwise I would be screwed.

Consistently, every other week or so, I am given a few days off courtesy of noble generous systematic and not-at-all-random-seeming google. Bless their bots' hearts.

This sounds similar to what happened before the last PR export. Matt Cutts says that G must now perform small DC updates through their network before they do the main PR export...not sure what that small DC update includes but what ever it is it seems to really screw up the Google index while its in progress
