I have decided to start selling a few text links on my site.

My server downtime over the past 4 days has lost me over $2,000 worth of revenue, so I think this will be a good way to earn some of it back, aswell as pay for all of the new layouts and graphics I am buying for the site.

How much traffic will I get?

I had a link to http://www.ugoto.com on my site with the anchor "Myspace Layouts" that got 79,800 hits per week - I sent them more than Doobix. I took their link off my site a few days ago because I found out how much I was sending, and i wasn't even getting 1% of that in return.

The traffic you will receive really depends on what your anchor text is, for example "Headphones" won't get as many hits as "Myspace Layouts" or "Myspace Codes" - If you do buy a link and are expecting alot of traffic, I suggest you choose the Myspace Layouts anchor as you will be overly pleased.

So on average, for a good anchor, you will get anywhere between 500 - 2,000 unique visitors daily.

How much traffic does MyspaceGeeks.com get?

MyspaceGeeks varies from 35,000 - 40,000 uniques daily, depending on which tracker I look at, extremetracker has recored 30,000 - 35,000 uniques daily up until my downtime recently. My server went down on Thursday night and only came backup on Monday night, I have dropped off google (sandboxed I think) and a few rankings from yahoo but i'm still first for myspace layouts (http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=myspace+layouts) and a few other keywords.

During this easter break I plan to do ALOT of seo, I will get first place again on google for myspace generators and aim for first position on yahoo for myspace layouts, currently 4th as I write this post.

I am aiming to reach the 45,000 unique mark by the 20th April, so the clicks you get over the advertising period is sure to rise.

Ask zsift if they are pleased with their link, they have a prime anchor and colour :)

As you can see, the Myspace Layouts anchor gets the most hits, the Myspace Generators link has a very catchy link colour, aswell as my site being known as one of the best myspace generators website, people are thinking thats a link in my site to my myspace generators page.

I know for a fact that the click tracking script i'm using is correct, each time the click link is visited, it adds 1 number to the database.

It isn't a 3rd party tracker which may be right or wrong, it is right.

I don't care what the hell your tracking script tells you. Tell me why your site is the ONLY site that is not showing these magic clicks in my stats. Not just one, but both stats apps. Tell me why others have claimed the same missing traffic.

I have bought and traded TONS of links and it's always very easy to see which have the traffic they claim and which don't. Rather than spend your time setting up live stats for my link, take my link down and refund me for the remainder of the month. This is my friendly request BTW.
