For you Windows dudes, I've hurd of Badder Adder (http://www.badderadder.com/) and Adder Robot (http://www.adderrobot.com/). (I'm on a Macintosh.)
For us few Mac users, there is Friend Adder (http://iwalton.com/Home.html), though right now you can't pay to get the full version, though based on the demo of three friends per request, it'll work really nice...once purchasing is back. Make one account for geting single chicks, one account for a type of band fans,...one account for people who are *Age number* years old...and so on.
With these programs you can bomb yourself with up to 500 friends a day per account. If the Windows programs are like the Mac program, and I'm guessing they are, you can log in as one account...get 500 friends. Then log in under a different account and get 500 friends...and continue to rince and repeat making a LOT of friends!!!!
Then once you have say...25,000 friends on each of the accounts...well..I think you know what to do. Just don't eat too much bulletin SPAM.

This is the place to go for the best Myspace products.
http://www.apnapakistani.net/Bots/
I know this companies programs work, this is a direct link to the developer. These are not like 90% of the programs that work for a day or two then you can't use them anymore because Myspace has blocked them. I know this because I have been burnt too many times.
If that happens they will find a solution and update the program within 24 hours at no cost to you.
A couple of there products are:
MySpace Multi Accounts - Friend Adder (with CAPTCHA Bypass) - It allows you to add any number of friends from any search criteria you mention on multiple accounts, you just have to type in the accounts information or load the accounts information from TXT file and it searches for friends and bypasses the CAPTCHAs when it appears
MySpace Multi Accounts - Profile Manager + Picture Upload - It fetches accounts information from flat txt files and then manages your profiles, upload pictures and make it look like real without any human intervention. The profiles created are unique.
MySpace Multi Accounts - Bulletin Poster - It fetches accounts information from flat TXT files and then post bulletins without any human input to any number of accounts.
Their bots work exactly like humans and they are undetectable. They uses proxies, referrers, user-agents etc to remain undetectable.
Well worth checking out.

For a Macintosh program that is actually leting us buy and not only have the demo option... http://www.myspace-suite.com/buy.html
Now I see why Windows users love these programs!! It's really nice to select a few options, press a button...and it goes through making 500 requests for you!! Forget FriendStorm, save your fingers!!!!

tried bladderadder.com and got my profile disabled.
I might have added to many friends.
i was just tring it for 500 friends and it got disabled preety soon.
accoding to me it might not have added even 100 friends till then.
guess will have to try it with new account and will restrict adding friends to under 25 for every profile.

One of my acounts has been disabled today......hadn't added to it for a few days either. Having problems loging into some other accounts so I think it might just be Myspace having a bad day.
Stuff like that happens a lot on Myspace. It will probably come back.
