Nice to have you hear. I imagine we could learn from you as well as you have had a good amount of buy/sell experience. I've checked out your blog in the past and the design work is great on it...content is good too of course heheh ;)

But do you ever hang on to a site lol? Seems you are always getting rid of some that could be built up and sold for a lot more at a later time, if not just kept to make money on.
