Sorry! an unexpected error has occurred.
This error has been forwarded to MySpace's technical group.
Dammit, it is not like Myspace is owned by some kid and hosted by pennyhosting.ws, with all the millions invested why can't they have one lousy day without some error popping up?

Its been going on all night long. Of course traffic has dropped like a rock and so are my earnings.
Just hope it is fixed soon.

Lets see if we can figure out why myspace have so many problems.
1. Was never written to scale well.
2. Runs on IIS
3. Runs Coldfusion but not really.
4. Runs .Net but not really.
If you don't understand 3 and 4 then thats ok neither do I really, they are using some crazy kind of hybrid system that means that they aren't really running ColdFusion or .Net. I read about it a while back, if I recall correctly it's written in ColdFusion but is actually executed via a .Net plugin that pretends to be the ColdFusion engine. (or something crazy like that).

Some Users get really upset when its down, I'm waiting for the headline:
"Teen commits suicide because they couldn't access MySpace"
I'm quite serious, I fully expect to see that one day.

Is that a community effort I detect there?

Funny how PGZ must be mumbling all pissed off because he thinks that I am posting in the wrong boards, but that is exactly what I am trying to do, to start those boards because no one has posted yet, lol.Go post your tutorial on how to make animated glitter images over there ;). But then again, that could also be better suited for here lol.

It would be kinda interesting to have a thread where people could post those weird messages.
I know I've had some that are just incredible...

I know I've had some that are just incredible...That could actually be fun. Could start up a collection of cheesy lines and emails from nameless duds. Though with the kind I usually get, they may need to be edited lol. Has there been a decision on any language rules yet? I would assume most don't mind a bit more mature language but with the users section we could end up with some young users.

I do believe that at present the only rule is use our common sense. Greg hasn't layed down the law as yet. I suspect he might just make a new rule today though..."No playing with peoples profiles"

nah, I don't think he will mind the addition heheh. He might not even notice it as it blends pretty well with ours.

If we made a forum for funny emails for the users to view then that would be good and frymans email could go in there.

All the BS after the first few posts should go in my opinion. It is all family feuding and bickering from there on.
