the people who run a bunch of domains like this:

"www.coollstuff.kickme.to" seems to be spamming liek crazy using fake log in pages, and they have been up and running for ages.

myspace should just ban the whole "kickme.to" its onyl just some crappy re-direct site.

these guys are stealing mass amounts of passwords and they seem to be working their operations form these dodgey re directs for ages, these guys are the main reason behind myspace spam, myspace should go after these guys.

i have seen this same url in over 50 profiles for weeks and weeks, these spammers must be getting heaps and heaps og logins from it, becuase they make it so it re directs on the whole users pages where ever you click.

Its sucking in ****-loads of people.

It's way too late for them to do much. By not taking a hard stance when MySpace spam started to take off a few years ago they basically told the entire spam community "we're weak."

I dunno but I'm getting sick and tired of those stupid comments that have like 25 paragraphs or images about penis enlargements lol.

I find it really funny when they use a girl's account to post a giant paragraph about how she used some pill to make her penis bigger. lmao. people tend to catch on to the spam thing when theres the SAME long paragraph about some random gift card or free ringtones or penis pills from 10 different users.

Lol, the best one is "girls are lying when they say size doesn't matter"

The comment is literally 30 paragraphs long about small penis'.

Yea the comment is like a college essay.

Millions of spammed profiles thanks to XSS. It isn;t jsut a simple login page but pages of arcane code. I estimate 1/10 of all myspace profiles have been spammed with that message which is staggering.

Myspace won't take much action cause it costs MONEY to deploy the lawyers. It isn;t worth spending tens of millions on a case when they may only be able to recover a million. An its not like people are leaving myspace as a result of the spam. Myspace is probably more popular than ever cause there is no decent alternative.

If News corp gets enough complains and traffic to myspace begins to fall then they may take legal action and start suing people.

My personal profile was spammed with 6 spam comments, and the day isn't over yet. Pathetic!

All the girls out there are totally lying when they tell you that size does not matter. Want proof?
I am telling you this because it is the honest truth, look I should know, they say that it is all in the way you use it, not how big it is, well I got news for you all, that is pure lies.
I know from personal experience, I will tell you about a secret that Joey has made me promise to never ever tell anyone, but since he has not called me in three weeks after standing me up, I am going to break the promise and tell you how he went from having a tiny wang and in 4 months he is now about nine inches and get this, it is still getting bigger. He has been secretly taking grow pills from this site, copy and paste the address into your browser to see them. DEMHS.COM
I found out when I was at his house, three fridays ago, we were getting ready to go to the mall, so while he was in the shower, I went in his room, sneeked under his bed and found a box with pill bottles in it, there was like 9 full bottles and 4 empty ones, all ordered from DEMHS.COM I was laughing at first but then when he came in the room and caught me looking at them, he freaked out and made me sware to not ever tell anyone about them, especially girls from school or work that he has been dating for the past while, now that I think of it, he has been rather busy with all the popular girls around here, when just last year he was the shyest when it came to girls.
I just never put two and two together until he explained it all to me, I did see his prick and yes, it is huge, pronostar huge, the thickest and longest one I ever seen.
I know this sounds really shallow, but I am considering ordering 6 bottles from the website at DEMHS.COM for you know who.. he does not have a myspace account, so he is not gonna see this. They guarentee that the pills will work on any man, or they give you your money back, living proof that they do work on any guy, seeing is believing. DEMHS.COM

they have already sued someone... and god you mention xss in every other post. and the spam king and cpa empire suit has not been dropped, it was filed in january ... and these things take time to go through the legal system... plus just filed a lawsuit against sanford wallace last friday... so they are doing something.

the reason myspace is not doing anything about all these obvious spammers is cause they are to busy harassing us innocent msrs owners :P

seriously what do the "secutiry" people who work for myspace even do?

they need to employ people like me who actually know whats going on, not old guys who are like 50 and have no idea at all, its kind of stupid.

I saw some video on the net about this new secutiry and anit spammer guy they had he seemed to have no idea about the real issues on myspace.

I find it bloody Ironic that some of the people in this thread and a lot in other threads who are very vocal about the people who spam Myspace have either asked or paid me to post bulletins for them ..... Connections is one and in his signature even advertises that he will post comments for a fee.
Now if thats not spamming MySpace what the hell is.

Every person here who runs up large friend accounts is doing it for one reason only ... to spam Myspace users ..... usually to visit their site so they can generate some kind of income from them. Either through Adsense, CPA etc.

I checked and notice that www.coollstuff.kickme.to has been taken down.
I didn't mind the spam that originated from there, it seemed to be related to free giveaways, no penis pills or viagra or anything untoward.

Personally I don't like the Penis, Viagera, Porn and related stuff that is spammed on Myspace but I don't go around making a big noise about it. Just accept it and move on.

As has been noted here before, Myspace was developed by a group of known email spammers and spyware distributors. Enough said ......

How is posting bulletins for a selected niche such as myspace sites spamming, its posting nice comments like "have a cool day" which is not spamming becuase people actually dont mind recieveing these comments.

this is all I deal with,

I dont send junk like "buy penis drugs", "viagra" and what ever other junk that is classed as spamming PEOPLE ON MYSPACE DONT WANT TO RECIEVE THIS JUNK and i dont send it, I only send comments which people want to read,

I dont deal with stealing accounts, spamming crappy ads or any thing.

I have only sent small numbers of family freindly comments which people want to recieve and their is no problem with this.

Sure I may have purchased oen of these bulletins to 1 million people which you claimed were on your friends list but this was months and months ago.

Its quite obvious that the spam of these types of junk spam which peoepl dont want to recieve is getting worse and people still dont mind getting a comment like "happy st patricks day" or "happy friday" but they do get angry when "buy penis drugs" comes onto a chics profile a 100 times now dont they????

posting a bulletin or sending comments a few times a week for stuff directly related to myspace is hardly spamming. posting 8 bulletins a day about your site, sending comments and messages about ring tones, v*agra, ect. that has nothing to do with myspace or is excessive is spamming......hell i consider people posting a dozen bulletins a day asking for pic comments as spam....upload all your darn photos at once post one bulletin and be done with it :P

and just because someone has or is trying to gather a large friends list does not mean they do it for spamming....I have a 4k and growing friends list on one of my profiles that I don't ever post bulletins or send mass comments on......having a large group of friends is kind of like search engine traffic you don't even have to post any bulletins or comments about your site just the people naturally coming to your profile to leave you comments generates traffic all on its own.

posting a bulletin or sending comments a few times a week for stuff directly related to myspace is hardly spamming.

Just because the people are on MySpace and your site is MySpace-related doesn't mean they want the message or spam.

just like I dont want to see their lame bulletins asking for picture comments 15 times a day every single day......as I stated I only post a bulletin about 2 times a week and I dont ever do mass comments or messages :P

and if your profile is clearly your msrs Myspace profile then the people should expect to recieve bulletins from you promoting your site duh

yea but the problem is for the most part they are trying to target the wrong people mainly us msrs owners rather than the ones throwing out all the viagra and porn crap......I mean come on one complaint and a msrs site owner gets their domain banned but take those people spamming all the "male enhancement pills" those spam messages are flowing like wild fire around myspace and have been for weeks and I am sure that hundreds of people have complained about them yet their domain is still not banned yet......come on

MySpace simply can't fight against spammers.. They could fight agains 10 but not 100.000, and they don't want to make big security changes too
