I was out of the office today and will be out all day tomorrow - so if I don't respond to my messages I'm no ignoring anyone. The inet at my hotel is, well, hotel inet. So doing anything more than posting this message takes ages to load.

I'll be back on Friday, but if it is an absolute emergency and can't wait, you can get ahold of Des or PGZ and have one of them call me.

Had a feeling it was a tech issue and that you werent MIA...sorry to have seemed I lost faith in you. Still holds true what I said ...you are still tops when it comes to customer satisfaction... a rare thing nowadays.
