opacity not showing in IE?

my layouts work fine on firefox with the opacity but in internet explorer the boxes are showing up as the straight color, no opacity display

anyone had this problem or know the fix?

Is it PNG? if it is, yes IE 6 and below can't display PNG opacity.

I know the solution in the programming area, but as you're asking about myspace layout, it's not applicable (if you're curious, try searching on Google 'IE fix PNG' or something like that).
