FS: Sitewides Links - Over 400,000 Indexed pages

Alright, this is currently a interest check, but anyone who shows interest gets first dibs.

I have a friend with a three year old forum that is totally ad free and unmonitized. While he wants it to remain that way, but his $250 a month hosting bill is getting a little too much for him.

Site is a custom programmed forum with MySpaceish features. Over 20K registered users, with 6000 online in the past three days. Age group is perfect Myspace related site demographic.

I don't have traffic stats, but will post them soon.

While the main page is only PR3 (no SEO work has been done for this site, EVER. - All word of mouth) Google does show over 400,000 indexed pages.

He's considering selling five sitewide footer links, at $50 a month.

Any interest?

PMs sent. Owner just realized main programmer turned off stats sometime in Sept, so he just re-enabled them.

I'm taking link #1 myself, but I'm not at all concerned about conversion or traffic really. For me, it's all for SEO.

Seems like this isn't going to happen, as he's changed his mind and decided to implement Adsense.
